Adventure highlights

What better way to spend your day than abseiling in Derbyshire? You will abseil off Millers Dale Bridge over the sparkling River Wye which flows under the bridge on the Monsal Trail cycleway. This is an awesome 90-foot abseil which most of is free hanging over the arch giving you spectacular and unrivaled views of this beautiful river. We guarantee you will get a minimum of 3 abseils each so you can make the most of your abseiling experience! NOTE - We’ve changed how we operate due to Covid-19 with your health and safety in mind. If you’ve got any questions on the steps we’ve taken, just drop us a message

Millers Dale station car park for the Monsal Trail SK17 8SN (off the road to Wormhill). The nearest post code is SK17 8SN but you WILL need to search Google maps for Abseiling Derbyshire and the marker points to the meeting spot. Plug in your own postcode and get door to door directions! Please just look for the Abseiling Derbyshire banner and sign and the instructor will meet you there. If you get lost or are going to be late Pete’s mobile number on the day is 07508 781 177 but please be aware that the mobile signal in the valley is very poor in this rural area.
This is a Pay & Display car park run by the Peak District National Park Authority and the current charges are £4.00 for a half day. Please remember to bring some small change.
