Booking Policy

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Strictly over 18's only, but challenge 25 is a policy we operate at all times. Please don't be offended if we ask for ID. 

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? The Cat and Fiddle has parking for approximately 30 cars, operating a Smart Parking system. Please enter your vehicle registation into the iPad upon entry to the venue. Disabled car parking is available; any special requirements please let us know in advance.

What's the refund policy? Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another date. 

Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? 
Yes - but please have the booking email confirmation ready to show!


Do you allow dogs and children? Unfortunately, dogs and children are not permitted on the tour. The Cat and Fiddle bottle shop is open to the general public from Friday 11-5pm, Saturday and  Sunday 11-6pm.

Can I buy a bottle? Yes! Our Distillery Shop will be open before and after the tour for any purchases.

Can I smoke on-site? No smoking is permitted inside any part of the venue (including e-cigarettes). We kindly request that smokers do so in the designated smoking area in the car park.
