We base our team development programmes around exercises which although real – with real rewards for success and real penalties for failure – do not rely on a particular expertise or skill. We do this so that the underlying team building elements are highlighted without any specific expertise getting in the way.
Our ‘Team Challenge Tasks’ are specifically designed with the purpose of bringing all team members together to work towards achieving a common goal. We ensure that the tasks themselves are fun and memorable. By doing this, we believe that the associated learning is also memorable. Working co-operatively and cohesively, as a team is a theme that runs strongly through all of our outdoor activities.

Itinerary

All of our Team Building Tasks are transportable and can be easily set up to support learning programmes at a location of your convenience. These events can help maintain focus, raise attainment and highlight the importance of working together through a direct and powerful approach to learning.
Whether your event is a ‘set piece’ in a continuing programme of learning, an annual fixture on your calendar or a one off celebratory occasion. Acclimbatize will work in partnership with you to create an adventurous event, which is innovative, inspirational and memorable. Simply choose your selection of component parts from our wide range of activities. Your selected activities will then be incorporated into your event – applying an appropriate scenario or theme around the tasks you have selected may add a dynamic dimension and help cement your event together.
We ensure our events are fully engaging and inclusive of all abilities – we do this by deliberately factoring in a variety of roles on all tasks in keeping with our ‘Challenge by Choice’ ethos.
